2015 Bajaj CT 100 snapped in detail, technical specs inside - Spied
No changes to the mechanicals.
As Indian Autos Blog reported last month, Bajaj has indeed relaunched the CT 100, after having discontinued it back in 2006. The entry-level commuter has arrived at several North Indian dealerships, with these images having been clicked by our reader, Mr. Shivam Jhariya.
The CT 100 for 2015 is identical in specifications to the older model. Power continues to come from the single-cylinder, air-cooled, four-stroke, 99.27 cc engine which develops 8.2 PS at 7,500 rpm and 8.05 Nm of torque at 4,500 rpm. A 4-speed gearbox is seen on the CT 100, but Bajaj will not offer an electric start.
Braking power is thanks to 110 mm drum brakes fitted at the front and rear. The 2015 CT 100 is offered in two variants: Spoke wheel and alloy wheel. With spokes, the motorcycle measures 1,965 mm in length, and with alloys 1,945 mm. Irrespective of the variant, the 2015 CT 100 is 770 mm in width, 1,072 mm in height, 1,235 mm in wheelbase with a ground clearance of 169 mm. The CT 100 is fitted with a 10.5 liter fuel tank with a usable reserve of 2.4 liters.

As reported earlier, the new CT 100 costs INR 35,801 (spoke wheels) and INR 38,868 (alloy wheels), ex-Showroom, New Delhi. New body graphics and a new exhaust are the only visual changes on the motorcycle compared to the 2006 model.
