Spied - Honda City rivaling 2015 Mazda2 Sedan starts testing in Thailand
Front fascia design seems shared with the hatchback.
As the 2015 Mazda2 (called as the Demio in Japan) prepares itself to go on sale, its sedan derivative has commenced testing on public roads in Thailand. Seen here are the spyshots of camouflaged 2015 Mazda2 Sedan test mules clicked by Mazda2 Thailand forum.
The Honda City rival gets a stubby third box while the rest of it appears to remain true to the hatchback model which follows the 'KODO-Soul of Motion' design philosophy. Though fully camouflaged, a closer observation reveals taillights that are reminiscent of the Mazda3 Sedan's units.
The design and layout of the interior are expected to be shared with the 2015 Mazda2 hatchback. The same can be said in case of the hardware.
