2019 Mahindra TUV300 exterior & interior detailed in walkaround video
Earlier this month, it was reported that the 2019 Mahindra TUV300 (facelift) has started reaching dealerships. Now, a walkaround video that details the exterior and the interior of the refreshed sub-4-metre SUV has surfaced online.
The 2019 Mahindra TUV300 (facelift) carries a host of subtle visual changes that work together to inject some freshness into the almost 4-year-old design. Moreover, the refreshed model carries additional safety equipment that enables it to conform to the updated regulations. The front-end of the sub-compact SUV features a revised upper grille, a new lower grille and a set of smoked headlamps. The side profile remains exactly untouched, which means even the alloy wheels have been carried over from the outgoing version. The alloy wheels are in a darker shade in the new model, though. At the rear, the only change is the clear lens treatment for the tail lamps.
The interior of the 2019 Mahindra TUV300 (facelift) largely mirrors that of the outgoing version. That said, it now comes with additional safety features, including a high-speed warning alert and co-driver seat belt reminder. The T4+ and T6+ trims have gained parking sensors now. The range includes a new T10 (O) grade.
Under the hood, the updated model has the familiar 1.5-litre mHawk100 turbocharged three-cylinder diesel engine that produces a maximum power of 100 bhp at 3,750 rpm and a peak torque of 240 Nm at 1,600-2,800 rpm. It is being said that the Ricordo-sourced 5-speed AMT has been discontinued and the revised model will be available exclusively with a 5-speed manual transmission.
