2019 Ssangyong Tivoli (facelift) spotted testing in India
Team-BHP has come up with images of what seems to be a test mule of the 2019 Ssangyong Tivoli (facelift) that has been caught testing in India. The test mule was snapped on the Salem-Coimbatore highway.
The pictures clearly hint that the 2019 Ssangyong Tivoli (facelift) features a thoroughly revamped front-end, which features a fresh pair of headlamps with LED daytime running lamps. What’s also new at the front is the updated upper grille. The test vehicle was seen with dual-tone bumper with a trapezoidal air dam and new circular fog lamps instead of the rectangular units of the outgoing version. Moreover, the test mule features new ORVMs with integrated turn signals.
On the inside, the 2019 Ssangyong Tivoli (facelift) will offer a fully-loaded cabin that will be kitted out with 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, electric sunroof, 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple Carplay and Android Auto, cruise control, colour TFT MID, and 17-inch diamond cut alloys.
It is being said that the mid-cycle refresh will make the debut of the 1.2-litre turbo-petrol motor that will be shared with the Mahindra XUV300. The new mill will replace the outgoing version's 1.6-litre naturally-aspirated engine. The turbo-petrol motor outputs 110 bhp and 200 Nm for the latest Maruti Vitara Brezza-rival from Mahindra. The 2019 Ssangyong Tivoli (facelift) could even feature the XUV300's 1.5-litre oil-burner instead of the earlier model's 1.6-litre diesel motor.
