BMW has showcased the BMW X5 Emergency vehicle, BMW i3 in Fluid Black colour and BMW M4 coated in Frozen Red metallic shade in its stand at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show.

BMW X5 Emergency Vehicle:

The BMW X5 paramedic vehicle is available on the sDrive25d and xDrive30d variants. The exterior gets contrasting orange graphics on the white base paint.

BMW says that the Emergency vehicle will meet the highest standards of performance, practicality and safety with a sharp focus on cost efficiency and fuel economy too. The diesel X5 is powered by a 3.0-liter six cylinder in-line engine that produces 258 hp and 560 Nm of torque.

2016 BMW i3 in Fluid Black:

BMW has brought the i3 to the Frankfurt in a new Fluid Black exterior colour. The dark shade is complemented by the BMW I blue on the kidney grille, logo on the bonnet and the body baseline as well. Frozen Grey has been used for the fog lamp housing, lower portion of the front bumper and side mirror stalks.

Power is harnessed from an electric motor producing 170 hp and 250 Nm of torque. The 1-speed transmission is enough to send this car from 0-100 km/h in 7.2 seconds. It has a 22 kWh battery that gives it a claimed all-electric range between 130 to 160 km.

BMW M4 in Frozen Red metallic:

BMW is showcasing the BMW M4 in a new Red Frozen Red metallic colour. This marks the introduction of this shade into the colour palette of the M4. Recently, BMW has been witnessing good demand for these kind of dull colours and this move is probably to satisfy that. The show car on display also had carbon fiber roof, black wheels and carbon ceramic brakes with yellow calipers.

The M4 sources power from the inline six cylinder twin-turbo engine that develops 431 hp and 550 Nm of torque. When paired with the optional 7-speed double-clutch transmission the M4 Coupe covers 100 km/h from zero in just 4.1 seconds.
