Cadillac XT5 - Auto China 2016

The Cadillac XT5, unveiled to the world at the 2015 Dubai Motor Show, is the successor to the Cadillac SRX and is the brand's first vehicle in the new Crossover Touring (XT) model range. The Audi Q5 rival is built in USA and China, and now on sale in both countries.
The Cadillac XT5 is based on GM's CX1XX platform and in Chinese specifications, measures 4,812 in length, 1,903 mm in width and 1,680 mm in height. Cadillac claims that the XT5 has a segment-leading wheelbase of 2,857 mm. With the rear seats folded down, the XT5 offers 1,634 liters of space. Thanks to an electronically controlled transmission, there's nearly 1.5 liters of storage space available beneath the centre console.
Stateside, the Cadillac XT5 is powered by a 3.6-liter naturally aspirated V6 gasoline engine producing 310 hp and 270 lb.-ft. (366.07 Nm) of torque. The Chinese Cadillac XT5 is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder gasoline engine that produces 184 kW (246.65 hp) and 400 Nm of torque (FWD) or 198 kW (265.42 hp) and 400 Nm of torque (AWD). Power is sent to the wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
Noteworthy features of the Cadillac XT5 include LED headlamps, LED daytime running lights, 20-inch aluminum wheels, double-sized UltraView electrically operated sunroof, heated steering wheel, heated and ventilated front seats, tri-zone automatic climate control, head-up display, Cadillac Cue infotainment system with an 8.0-inch HD display and Bose Studio Surround Sound 14-speaker sound system.
