Royal Enfield Classic 500 'Bijli' by Eimor Customs

A Royal Enfield Classic 500 received an extra dose of 'current' from Eimor Customs, and the result looks quite appealing. The customised Royal Enfield christened Bijli (which translates to electricity or thunder), features a unique three-tone paint job across the front fender, fuel tank, side panels and the rear fender.

The Bijli by Eimor Customs is based on a Royal Enfield Classic 500. The customised motorcycle features a unique three-tone paint.

The fascia includes an aftermarket, projector style headlight that features a black housing. The front suspension is still a conventional, telescopic unit but gets fork gaiters and a spring design on the top. The front fender gets the three-tone paint. The front mudguard has profile cut thick gauge sheet metal brackets to hold the unit in place.

The cockpit includes a single-pod instrument console with an integrated digital display and an analogue tachometer. The front blinkers have been incorporated into the handlebar, for a cleaner look to the motorcycle. The handlebar grips get a retro look with the leather wraps.

The fuel tank features the Bijli branding, along with the three-tone paint. The chrome, fuel filler cap adds retro charm to the motorcycle. The fuel tank has a capacity of 14-litre.

The fuel tank is followed by a split style, custom-built saddle. The line pattern with a tan leather seat cover makes the overall package more appealing. The rider seat looks quite comfortable while the pillion seat is relatively compact. The rear saddle can be removed to show-off the muscular rear fender. We would opt to remove it for a retro look.

Another unique design on the Royal Enfield Bijli is the side panel mounted voltage meter. It has been installed on one of the toolboxes. The rear fender holds an aftermarket tail light while the number plate has been fixed on the left side for a cleaner look. Compact rear blinkers sit on either side of the fender.

Sides reveal a Moto_Torque megaphone exhaust. The engine parts and other items have been kept matte black while the handle levers and rear shock absorbers have a grey colour that is identical to the fuel tank. The fat rear wheel uses a fat 140mm/15inch tyre. The motorcycle retains the stock braking setup that includes a single disc at the front and a drum unit at the rear.

The cockpit features a single-pod instrument console that includes an analogue tachometer and a digital display.
