Zimbabwe is now the fourth African market to get the India-made FUSO trucks.

FUSO trucks in Zimbabwe will be sold through ZIMOCO, an exclusive dealer. DICV makes a total of 5 models of the FUSO trucks at its Oragadam plant in Tamil Nadu. The Light/Medium duty trucks (9-16 tonnes) are called 'FA' and 'FI', while the Medium/Heavy duty trucks (25-49 tonnes) are termed 'FJ', 'FO' and 'FZ'.

DICV says Africa has strong growth potential as first quarter sales of 2014 doubled as compared to the same period last year. A total of 2,000 FUSO trucks were sold in Africa in the first three months of this year.

FUSO trucks are made by DICV along with Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporation (MFTBC), a Daimler company.
