Honda Brio gets refreshed variants
Honda has introduced refreshed variants of the Brio hatchback with some key upgrades based on customers' feedback. The upgrade package includes a driver seat height adjuster and a rear windshield defogger.
The driver seat height adjuster offers better driving position. Meanwhile, the rear windshield defogger enhances the safety by improving the visibility.
The updates will be found in all of the six Brio variants namely E MT, EX MT, S MT, V MT, VX MT and VX AT. According to Honda, Brio has managed to garner 32,000 customers across India in the last financial year and the refreshed Brio variants are a part of enhancing customer's overall experience with the brand.
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Jnaneswar Sen, Senior Vice President, Marketing & Sales for Honda said, "Brio is a significant model for Honda in India as the car added more than 32,000 happy customers in the last fiscal year. It is our constant endeavor to study customers’ needs & aspirations and introduce features that enhance the overall ownership experience. We are pleased to announce upgrades to the Brio with added comfort and convenience in its segment which will appeal to the customers."
Honda Brio is powered by a four cylinder 1.2 litre i-VTEC petrol engine that delivers a maximum output of 88PS at 6,000rpm and 109Nm of maximum torque at 4,500rpm. It is mated to a five speed manual or five speed automatic transmission.
The Brio range starts at Rs. 4.12 lakhs for the E MT variant and ends at Rs. 6.12 lakhs for VX AT variant (both the prices being ex-showroom Delhi).
