Honda CB400 Super Four & Honda CB1300 Super Boldor at the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show - Live
The Honda CB400 Super Four and the Honda CB1300 Super Boldor have been displayed at the 2017 Tokyo Motor Show. Here are the bikes’ live images from the show.
Honda CB400 Super Four:
The Honda CB400 Super Four is a neo-retro naked motorcycle. Traditional design elements like the circular LED headlamp; twin pod cluster; single piece stepped seat complements its modern underpinnings. Speaking of which, the motorcycle features a 399cc in-line 4-cylinder engine with liquid cooling and fuel injection. The powerplant is capable of giving out 56 PS at 11,000 pm; and 39 Nm of torque at 9,500 rpm. The engine mates with a 6-speed transmission.
Telescopic front fork and twin rear gas-charged shock absorbers hold the double cradle frame. The motorcycle rides on 17-inch alloys shod with 120-section front and 160-section rear Bridgestone tyres. For braking, the motorcycle comes with 296 mm twin front discs with Nissin callipers; and a single disc at the rear. The brakes feature dual-channel ABS as well. The motorcycle is priced at MSRP 898,560 Yen in the Japanese market.
Honda CB1300 Super Boldor:
The Honda CB1300 Super Boldor is a sporty touring variant of the CB1300 Super Four. The motorcycle features a quarter fairing and a windshield. There are two small 1-litre storage spaces in the fairing as well. The lighting system is all-LED, and the handlebars come with heated grips. The display motorcycle comes with a 35-litre top-box, which is an optional accessory.
Powering the Honda CB1300 Super Boldor is 1,284cc in-line 4-cylinder engine. It makes 110 PS at 7,250 rpm and 118 Nm at 5,500 rpm. A 6-speed transmission does duty in this motorcycle. Cycle parts include telescopic front fork with fork guards; and twin rear gas-charged shock absorbers. For the stopping power, the bike employs dual discs at the front and a single disc at the rear, both with ABS. The CB1300 Super Boldor is priced at 1,555,200 (MSRP) in Japan.
