Expected to launch in China this year.

Update - Studio shots of the production-spec Kia KX3 have been leaked on the Internet. Published by XCar, these can be found in the gallery below.

Based on the India-bound Hyundai ix25, the Kia KX3 is the Korean car maker's crossover destined to reach the Chinese market. And while it has made a couple of spyshot appearances in the past, the most recent one shows the car's interior.

On the Kia KX3, the two tone interior is seen loaded with features like push-button start, climate control, a 7-inch infotainment system, etc.

The two tone interior gets silver bits on the steering, around the gearshift console, and door handles, and glossy accents for the dashboard. There's also a 7-inch screen placed between the airconditioning vents. Other details that can be seen in the picture include a climate control, push-button start, automatic gearbox, analogue instrument panel with an MID (multi information display), and a multifunction steering wheel.

The crossover, which made its debut in concept form at the 2014 Guangzhou Motor Show, is expected to launch in China this year. The production version is said to be slightly larger: it now measures 4,270 mm in length, 1,780 mm in width, and 1,630 mm in height. Other altered bits include the headlamp and taillamp design, the alloys, presence of a new skid plate and vertical foglamps, as spotted earlier.

The production-spec KX3 gets vertical fog lamps and updated headlamp design up front.
