Locally assembled Range Rover Velar goes on sale in India
Jaguar Land Rover India today started selling the locally assembled Range Rover Velar which has been priced at INR 72.47* lakh. Previously priced from INR 82.90 lakh*, the company's design icon is now much more accessible, thanks to an INR 10.43 lakh* lower price. Just for reference, it was priced from INR 78.83 lakh* in the beginning (in December 2017).
The locally assembled Range Rover Velar is available in only the R Dynamic-S grade, with two engine options: P250 2.0L petrol (250 PS/365 Nm) and D180 - 2.0L diesel (180 PS/ 430 Nm). The D300 3.0-litre engine (300 PS/700 Nm) and P300 2.0-litre petrol (300 PS/400 Nm) engines and the other equipment lines have been silently discontinued.

This will enable more Range Rover fans in India to own and drive this striking, good looking and distinctive vehicle.”

LED headlights with signature DRL, flush deployable door handles, 20-inch alloy wheels, perforated grained leather seats with 10-way (8-way electric, 2-way manual) adjustment memory function for driver, Touch Pro Duo infotainment system, four-zone climate control, configurable ambient lighting, 380-watt and 11-speaker Meridian sound system are among the key features of the Range Rover Velar R-Dynamic S.
