Skoda Fabia Blueline- Only 500 numbers and only in U.K.
The Skoda Fabia proved that India receives premium hatches and people are willing to pay. The diesel engine worked well and the petrols that followed were received well by the Indian market.
In the U.K, Skoda has released the Fabia BlueLine which comes with a special Blue paint, white roof, 15 " ‘Line’ alloy wheels and lowered suspension.
On the inside, new upholstery, climate control air-conditioning and storage boxes under the front seats are the extras. It is available with either a 1.2-litre, 70bhp petrol engine (47.9mpg Combined, 140g/km of CO2) for less than £10,000, or a 1.4, 80bhp diesel (61.4mpg, 120g/km) which costs £11,450, both with five-speed manual gearboxes.
Skoda says the extra equipment values at $1,300 value, but the BlueLine will be priced only at the equivalent of $275 extra above the Fabia's list price of $17,300-$19,800. Only 500 will be made though.
