Live images of the Suzuki Splash facelift
Suzuki has unveiled the facelift of the Splash (Ritz if you are Indian) in Europe and is introducing the car in a phased manner across the continent. Thanks to Czech auto website Idnez.cz, we can show you some close-up shots of the Splash facelift's exterior and interior.
Maruti Suzuki officials refused to comment on the new Splash's introduction stating that the philosophy with Maruti products is to upgrade them regularly.
We will have to wait and see if the Ritz is brought to the market during Diwali. The Ritz is the second best selling car in its segment and one of its main rivals Ford Figo has also been spotted testing cosmetic changes and feature add-ons.

The exterior changes include revised front fascia components that are well integrated with a single piece grill, fake air louvers on the rear bumper and new alloy wheels. There are only two interior changes we can spot. The border trim around the center console has a glossy black finish (instead of a dull grey) and the tachometer that looked like an after-market fitment, is missing on the new model.
As we've laid out in a previous update, the new Splash's 1.2-liter is assisted with VVT technology and can be paired to a 4-speed AT.
