Does 0-100 km/h in 5.3 seconds and hits a top-speed of 253 km/h.
Audi is gearing up to launch the next generation TT Coupe in India. Stuff India got to drive the Indian specification car, and has shared the following images.
Seen here is the TT Coupe 45TFSI with Audi's Quattro all wheel drive system and the S-Tronic gearbox. What this means is that the sportscar is powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder TFSI petrol engine capable of 230 hp and 370 Nm of torque. The 6-speed transmission and the AWD system help the new and lightweight TT hit 100 km/h in 5.3 seconds and a top-speed of 253 km/h.
The sportscar features a 37 mm longer wheelbase than its predecessor, but manages to be 50 kg lighter thanks to the MQB platform. The new TT will be the first VW Group car in India to feature the Virtual Cockpit system. Other India-bound cars that will feature this technology include the new VW Passat and Audi Q7.
