Speculated to launch in India next month.
New, clearer spyshots of several next gen Maruti Swift Dzire finished in blue, pearl white and dark red colours has surfaced online, courtesy of GaadiWaadi. It's rumored to launch next month, although MSIL is yet to confirm a date.
As seen in spyshots from before, the front fascia of the new Swift Dzire has been restyled for a unique and more premium look. It has a wide grille with a bold chrome bezel, new bumper with foglamps and chrome accents, and swept-back projector headlamps with LED DRLs from the international spec Suzuki Swift. The rear-end gets new LED taillamps, moulded boot spoiler, shark fin antenna, and redesigned rear bumper.
The interior was also spied on a previous occasion, revealing a dual-tone beige and black interior color combination with chrome, silver and faux wood trim materials. The leather-wrapped, Swift-sourced is flat bottomed, and has buttons for audio and telephony (beside the the horn pad). However, it doesn’t get the Baleno’s 4.2 inch color MID, cruise control, or Dual Camera Brake Support, which were seen in the international-spec Suzuki Swift.

The 2017 Maruti Dzire is likely to continue offering the 1.3L DDiS 190 4-cyl diesel engine paired with a 5-speed manual or 5-speed AGS (AMT), while the petrol variant will pack the same 1.2L 4-cyl K12B petrol engine paired with 5-speed manual, although we're unsure if it will carryover the 4-speed automatic or a 5-speed AGS (AMT) from the Maruti Ignis.
