Nissan North America introduced the 2017 Nissan Rogue (facelift) this week. Here's a pictorial comparison between the facelifted Nissan Rogue with the pre-facelift Nissan Rogue.

The X-Trail is branded as the Rogue in the American market.

Exterior

On the outside, the 2017 Nissan Rogue (facelift) features new front and rear fascia with the V-motion grille, integrated fog lights, revised rear combination lights with LED boomerang signature tail lights, chrome side moldings, new 17-inch, 18-inch and 19-inch wheel designs and three new exterior color choices.

Interior

The 2017 Nissan Rogue's interior incorporates new D-shaped steering wheel, heating for steering wheel, redesigned center console, new trim finishers, new cloth seat materials, new sport mode shifter with leather boot, and memory seats and mirrors. Heated cloth seats are now standard in the SV grade.

Engine & Gearbox

With the facelift, the Nissan Rogue adds a hybrid variant to its line-up. The previously offered 2.5-liter gasoline engine remains unchanged.

The standard powertrain is the 170 hp 2.5-liter gasoline engine carried over from the 2016 model. New for the MY2017, is a 176 hp 2.0-liter gasoline-electric hybrid powertrain. Xtronic continuously variable transmission is standard. Remote engine start is now standard in the SV grade. The standard variant will go on sale in November and the hybrid variant will follow later.
