The 2019 Ford Endeavour (facelift) has gone on sale at a starting price of INR 28.19 lakh*. The refreshed SUV carries a handful of upgrades for its exterior and interior.
Changes to the Ford Endeavour's exterior are minimal and are minor in nature. Up front, the SUV carries a new chrome-plated grille and a revised lower air intake. In the side profile, it receives a set of dual-tone 18-inch machined wheels. Moreover, the refreshed model offers a new 'Diffused Silver Metallic' paint shade. Other colour options include - Sunset Red, Diamond White, Absolute Black and Moondust Silver.
The interior of the 2019 Ford Endeavour features a beige-black colour scheme that replaced the beige-brown combination of the previous model. The refreshed SUV is available in Titanium and Titanium+ trims and comes with a handful of new features, including keyless entry with push-button start/stop system, 8-way electrically adjustable front passenger seat, and gesture-controlled smart opening tailgate. Other highlights of the equipment list of the top-spec trim include the SYNC3 touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Panoramic sunroof, Driver's knee airbag, Ford MyKey, Tyre Pressure Monitoring System, Dual-zone climate control, semi-auto parallel park assist, and Terrain Management System.
While the international-spec Ford Endeavour received a 2.0-litre oil-burner and a 10-speed automatic transmission with the advent of the mid-cycle makeover, the Indian version retains the original powertrain options. The entry-level variant is propelled by a 2.2-litre diesel motor that produces 160 PS and 385 Nm, while the top-spec version draws its juice from a 3.2-litre oil-burner that churns out 200 PS/470 Nm. The former is available with 6-speed manual and automatic transmissions, while the latter is available exclusively with the auto 'box.
