The MV Agusta Brutale 1000 Serie Oro is the most powerful production naked roadster. It packs 208 hp of power which can be further increased with the optional racing kit.

A headlight is sharper than the previous generation model. Full LED light, equipped with cornering lights, illuminates the path for the rider. Behind the headlight is a 5-inch colour TFT dashboard with 800 x 480-pixel resolution. The instrument console gets smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth to manage calls and music on the go. With clip-on style handlebar, the Brutale 1000 Serie Oro has a forward-leaning riding position.

Following the cockpit is a chiselled fuel tank with MV Agusta branding while the shrouds feature the Brutale badge. A rear cowl, which adds a sporty persona to the overall package, follows the rider only saddle. At the rear is a full LED tail light. The rear number plate holder was not seen in the photographs but it will most likely be installed on the rear hugger, along with the blinkers. The 4-1-4 exhaust layout looks marvellous, to say the least, while the single-sided swingarm gives it a proper exotic look.

Under the tasteful styling is a potent engine, churning out a colossal 208 hp of maximum power at 13,450 rpm and 115.5 Nm of peak torque, making it the most powerful production naked roadster in the market. Buyers can opt for an optional racing kit, which comprises of SC-Project titanium exhaust system and a dedicated ECU, to push up the performance numbers by another 4 hp, for maximum power of 212 hp at 13,600 rpm. The limited edition model comes with tyre pressure sensors and a Gold Racing chain as standard.

The engine is based on the F4 RC Superbike. The top speed is rated at 193 mph or 310 kmph.

The four-cylinder engine gets redesigned airbox, titanium radial valves, CNC machined combustion chamber, revised camshaft timing, and low friction Asso compression piston rings. Electronics include Ride-by-Wire system, eight-level traction control, anti-wheelie system, Launch Control and EAS 2.0 Up & Down electronic gearbox systems.

An electronically adjustable Öhlins fork at the front and Öhlins TTX36 at the rear perform the shock absorbing tasks. The motorcycle also gets an electronically managed steering damper.

Fully faired motorcycles aren’t the only machines to get the aerodynamic winglets. The MV Agusta Brutale 1000 Serie Oro, too, gets the aerodynamic package next to the radiator for improved downforce and high-speed stability. The downforce is said to improve the stability post the 200 kmph mark.

Stopping power needed to be equally potent and thus the Brutale 1000 Serie Oro comes with the new Brembo Stylema callipers that grab the twin 320 mm floating discs at the front. The safety net is enhanced by Bosch 9.1 ABS system.
