The fascia receives upgrades for better aerodynamics. MotoGP style windscreen and winglets further enhance aerodynamics and sporty looks of the Yamaha YZF-R15 V3.0.

The fascia continues to feature the aggressively styled LED headlight, but the fairing has been tweaked for better aerodynamics with a tall windscreen, wind deflectors and MotoGP style winglets. Moreover, the rider gets better protection against windblasts with the MotoGP style windscreen that replaces the stock unit. The rearview mirrors have been removed while a bar-end installed unit occupies the left side of the clip-on handlebar.

Rest of the bodywork retains the stock design, but the modifiers have added aftermarket grips on the fuel tank to help the rider lock the knees while going around a corner. The right side of the motorcycle reveals an Akrapovic exhaust system that is claimed to have added more power to Yamaha’s 155 cc supersport bike. The exhaust is the same unit that is also used on the BMW S1000RR, albeit with a few tweaks to fit the Yamaha. The definite increase in performance numbers is not available.

At the rear, there's a tail-tidy kit that adds a sporty look of the motorcycle. The tyre-hugger, too, has been replaced by an aftermarket unit.

For reference, the Yamaha YZF-R15 V3.0 draws 19.3 PS of maximum power at 10,000 rpm and 14.7 Nm of peak torque at 8,500 rpm from its 155 cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine. The motorcycle features first-in-segment variable valve actuation (VVA) technology. The VVA system is aimed to offer good mid- and top-end power without compromising on either. The engine is mated to a 6-speed transmission.

The accessorised YZF-R15 V3.0 uses the same upside-down telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear that are standard in Vietnam, where the aftermarket parts company is based. The Indian-spec motorcycle uses conventional telescopic front suspension. Stopping power comes from disc brakes on both wheels.
