Likely to launch in India before July.

The Pulsar 200 AS is based on the Pulsar 200 NS' platform and is most likely to replace the aging Pulsar 220F. The 200 AS features a more upright riding stance, suitable for long distance journeys, and an extended windscreen to protect the rider from windblasts on the highway.
Mechanically, the engine and other components are exactly the same as the Pulsar 200 NS with its 199 cc, single-cylinder, triple-spark engine, mated to a six-speed gearbox.
The motorcycle is expected to carry over the same 280 mm front rotor and 230 mm disc at the rear with a possible addition of ABS as option.
