Asian Carmakers Corporation, the authorized distributor of BMW in Philippines, has showcased its entire lineup of Sport Utility Vehicles (SAVs as BMW likes to call them) at the 2014 Philippines International Motor Show. The new X3 and X4 are also present.
BMW X1
The BMW X1 baby SAV gets one diesel and one gasoline engine option in the country. The X1 sDrive 18i is powered by a 2.0-litre petrol engine putting out 150 PS and 200 Nm of torque. The output is harnessed by a 6-speed automatic transmission. The xDrive 20d comes with a 2.0-litre diesel engine mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission which sends power to all four wheels. Power and torque output stand at 184 PS and 380 Nm respectively.

BMW X5
The recently launched all-new BMW X5 gets power from a 3-litre inline six-cylinder diesel engine that propels all the four wheels via an eight-speed automatic transmission. The engine develops 258 PS and 560 Nm of torque.

BMW X6
The coupe-ish BMW X6 is available in X6 xDrive35i and X6 xDrive30d variants. The former is powered by a 3.0-litre petrol engine which is good for 306 PS and 400 Nm of torque while the latter is powered by a 3.0-litre diesel engine which pumps out 245 PS and 540 Nm of torque. An eight-speed automatic transmission comes standard.
