Chevrolet Camaro showcased at 2016 Bogota Auto Show
Chevrolet showcases 50th Anniversary Edition of Camaro in Colombia.
General Motors showcased the Chevrolet Camaro SS and Chevrolet Camaro 50th Anniversary Edition at the 2016 Bogota Auto Show held earlier this month. Here are live images of the cars from the show, thanks to Sebastian Altamar.
The Chevrolet Camaro SS measures 4,784 mm in length, 1,897 mm in width, 1,348 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,811 mm. It's powered by a 6.2-litre V8 petrol engine that churns out 455 hp at 6,000 rpm and 617 Nm of torque at 4,400 rpm. Drive is sent to the rear wheels via an 8-speed automatic transmission.
As its name suggests, the second Camaro celebrates 50 years in the market, which was completed in September 2016. In the USA, the Camaro 50th Anniversary Edition is available in both coupe and convertible versions, in 2LT and 2SS variants.

The Chevrolet Camaro 50th Anniversary Edition features Nightfall Gray Metallic scheme, unique grille with satin chrome accents, 20-inch 50th Anniversary wheels and wheel centre caps, orange brake calipers and 50th Anniversary stripe package and exterior badges. The special edition model gets black leather interior with suede inserts and orange accent stitching, as well as unique 50th Anniversary treatments on instrument panel, steering wheel and illuminated sill plates.
