Gets a new front-end design.
Noticias Automotivas has managed to get close-up spyshots of the Chevrolet Trailblazer facelift, giving a better look at the changes in store. It is expected premiere later this year in South America.
Up front, the facelifted Trailblazer gets a new hood, headlights, fenders and bumper. The headlights appear to be similar to the Chevrolet Onix, and high-end variants will have LED daytime lights. The dual grille is retained, although the upper grille is thinner and is slightly re-profiled for an edgier look. The rear end will get updated taillamps and bumper designs.
No changes are reported for the interior of the car. As with any facelift, expect updates to the MyLink infotainment system, seat upholstery and trim, and interior features.

The facelifted Trailblazer will offer the same 2.8-liter Duramax turbodiesel capable of 200 hp and 500 Nm of torque and a 3.6-liter V6 petrol engine with 277 hp. It will, reportedly, offer a 2.5-liter EcoTec petrol engine producing 202 hp and 259 Nm of torque, for select markets.
