The showcasing of this model was a very emotional moment for its founder, Mr. Christian von Koenigsegg who started his press conference on Tuesday with the fact that "Hundra" means "Hundred" in his first language Swedish.

In the last ten years, as a car company, Koenigsegg has grown from a garage operated by a group of skilled craftsmen to 50 full-time employees.

In ten years, Koenigsegg has managed to set four Guinness World records, receive a Forbes award for one of the ten most beautiful cars ever made and also bag the prestigious Red Dot design award once.
