Daihatsu also showcased the 2015 Daihatsu Cast Activa, Cast Style and Cast Sport at the 2015 Tokyo Motor Show. As given in a leaked brochure, the pricing ranges from 1,220,400 yen to 1,641,600 yen.
The Daihatsu Cast Activa has crossover-inspired elements, which include black plastic bumper and side sill extensions, silver skid plates, raised ground clearance, roof rails, exclusive alloy rims, bigger tires, and a unique grille design.
The Cast Style features a simpler design, sporting a large mesh grille, foglamps with chrome enclosures, a chrome bar running across the lower bumper and side sills, contrasting silver ORVM cap and roof, and a long windscreen at the back.
As for the Cast Sport, it comes with bumper and side-sill extensions with a red pinstripe, LED strips on the lower bumper, large 6-spoke alloy rims, red ORVM caps and C-pillar, S badge on the mesh grille and a black painted roof.
All three models are equipped with an autonomous city braking system, a touchscreen infotainment system, and a 658 cc engine (kei car regulations) which produces 64 hp and 52 Nm. While a CVT gearbox is standard, AWD is an optional extra.
