The production Hero Dash was once again spied testing out there in the wild. The 111 cc scooter was revealed in late 2013, when the company held a press conference to present a taster of its future launches and technologies. Last year, the scooter was displayed again at the Colombo Motor Show.
The scooter comes with an external fuel filler that would be positioned under the grab rail and above the stylish LED taillights, for convenient fill ups. There would also be a 12 V power socket and service due and side stand indicator that would be additional features on the new digital instrument cluster.
Measuring 1,850 mm x 822 mm x 1,270 mm in its widest dimensions (Length x Width x Height), the scooter has 155 mm of ground clearance and 110 kg of kerb weight. It would sport a 6 litre fuel tank. Dynamically, the Dash will get 30 mm telescopic forks at the front and a single adjustable hydraulic shock at the rear. For braking, the Dash will employ 130 mm drum brakes both front and rear.

Engine-wise, the 111 cc single-cylinder unit in the Dash will be capable of producing 8.44 hp and 9.4 Nm of torque that would be mated to a CVT Gearbox.
