Previews Hero's new design language for upcoming performance street bikes.
Hero Motocorp has unveiled the Hero XF3R concept at the Auto Expo 2016. At the press conference, India's largest two-wheeler manufacturer said that the XF3R concept provides a glimpse into the future of Hero's design and development of performance bikes.
Calling it the "Design Concept Vehicle", Hero says that the motorcycle is a street fighter that has an "arresting design, powerful styling and mid-segment high-performance engine". The company added that the "balance and form" of the XF3R concept will be reflected in its future naked models.
The Hero XF3R has a traditional street fighter style headlamp, inverted fork, mesh-type alloy wheel design, Pirelli Sport Demon tyres, fuel tank with extensions that host functional air-intakes and turn indicators, a single-sided monoshock and swingarm, twin-port exhaust can that emerges from beneath the rider's seat and is positioned almost beneath the pillion seat, turn indicators integrated into the tail piece, and LED tail lamps. The engine has fuel injection and Dual Map technology mode.
