Likely for benchmarking purposes.
A Honda Brio hatchback and Honda Mobilio MPV have been caught undisguised by Paultan reader Muhd Izat Hadi at the Sungai Buloh R&R area.
The report states that the possibility of Honda launching the Brio and Mobilio is weak, given the tough competition from Perodua, which has a strong hold in the entry level car segment thanks to the low pricing of their products.
However, the test plate that the Honda Brio in the spyshot appears to be the same as the one spotted in a camouflaged pre-production Proton Iriz, suggesting that Proton imported the Honda Brio and Mobilio for testing and customer clinics.

Adding credence to the above speculation is that Proton and Suzuki are currently working on a sub-compact hatchback, and that the Honda Brio could be one of the benchmark vehicles for the new product. As for the Mobilio, it's unclear as to whether Proton is working on a new MPV with Suzuki innards, and brought over the Honda MPV for benchmarking.
