The design of this SUV draws inspiration from a Jaguar sports car. After the F-Pace and the I-Pace electric concept SUV, the E-Pace is Jaguar’s latest addition in the SUV family. The distinctive Jaguar grille, short overhangs on both ends, sweeping roofline and a muscular shoulder-line gives the SUV a sporty silhouette. There’s an optional 21-inch wheel set as well.

The compact SUV is 4,395mm long with an 882 mm front and 832 mm rear overhangs. Its 2,681 mm wheelbase seats five passengers, with a rear legroom of 892 mm. Thanks to the vehicle’s Integral Link rear suspension architecture, the boot capacity stands at 577 litres.

The SUV features an optional 12.3-inch full-colour TFT driver display and choice of two premium audio systems developed with Meridian. It also comes with a wearable smart Activity Key. The E-Pace and E-Pace R-Dynamic are available with S, SE and HSE specification packs.

Powering the Jaguar E-Pace is an all-aluminium 2-litre Ingenium powertrain (three diesel and two petrol mills) with a 9-speed automatic or a 6-speed manual transmission. The entry-level Ingenium Diesel D150 produces 150 PS of power at 3,500rpm and 380 Nm of torque at 1,750 rpm. The top-end Diesel, the D240 puts out 240 PS of power at 4,000 rpm and 500Nm of torque at 1,500 rpm. Among the petrol mill options, the Ingenium Petrol P250 gives out 249 PS at 5,500 rpm and 365 Nm at 1,200-4,500 rpm; while the P300 outputs 300 PS at 5,500 rpm and 400 Nm at 1,500-4,500 rpm.
