The Jaguar F-Pace was recently spied at a dealer stockyard indicating an impending launch. Now, according to a report from Zig Wheels, bookings for the Jaguar F-Pace in India will start next week.
The Jaguar F-Pace will be available in four trim levels in India: Pure, Prestige, R-Sport and First Edition. The Pure and Prestige grades have a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder diesel engine that produces 132 kW (176.94 hp) and 430 Nm of torque, while the R-Sport and First Edition trim levels are powered by a 3.0-litre turbocharged V6 diesel engine that churns out 221 kW (296.25 hp) and 700 Nm of torque. An 8-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system will be standard across the range.
Noteworthy features of the Jaguar F-Pace are LED headlights with LED 'J' blade daytime running lights, 20-inch wheels, sliding panoramic glass roof, 12.3-inch HD virtual instrument panel, configurable interior mood lighting, InControl Touch Pro Navigation infotainment system and Meridian Sound System.

With the pricing expected to be INR 85 lakhs to INR 1.2 crores (ex-showroom), the Jaguar F-Pace will have a reserving price of INR 5 lakhs or more. The F-Pace is essentially a crossover/SUV class based on the aluminium-intensive iQ platform. It is priced from £35,020 (INR 30,97,648.66) in the UK and from US$40,990 (INR INR 27,40,794.3) in the U.S. market.
