Having made its global premiere at the Detroit Motor Show earlier this year, Mercedes unveiled the Mercedes-AMG S63 Edition 130 at the ongoing Geneva Motor Show. Mercedes Benz is celebrating the 130th anniversary since Karl Benz and Gottlieb Daimler founded the company (in 1886).
The special edition features"alubeam silver" paint finish, Bordeaux red fabric top and matte black polished 20-inch 10-spoke wheels. The exclusive Designo nappa leather upholstery is available in either Bengal red/black or crystal grey/black as well as the trim elements in AMG carbon/piano lacquer black. The brake calipers come in red and the floor mats get an option of Bengal red or crystal grey edging.
Every one of the 130 customers who order the special edition receive a tailor-made indoor car cover with the embroidered lettering "Edition 130 – 1 of 130" along with a welcome package that includes an Edition 130 badge key ring and an aluminum box for handing over the key.
Under the hood is the 5.5 litre V8-biturbo engine with 585 hp output and 900 Nm maximum torque that is transferred via the 4MATIC all-wheel drive, accelerating the car from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds.
