New styling will be similar to the RR Ghost Series II and RR Dawn.

The Rolls-Royce Ghost Series II (facelift) debuted at the 2014 Geneva Motor Show and two years hence, its coupe version - the Rolls Royce Wraith, is readying for a facelift. The Rolls Royce Wraith Series II (facelift) has been spied testing for the first time, by Benedikt Paul in Germany. The coupe version in its original avatar premiered at the 2013 Geneva Motor Show and Rolls-Royce would be planning to put the facelifted model on sale this year.

The Rolls-Royce Wraith Series II would continue being powered by the current 624 bhp 6.6L twin-turbo engine.

The changes in the facelifted Rolls-Royce Wraith will be similar to the Ghost Series II. These include re-shaped LED headlamps with surrounding LED daytime running lights, re-sculpted bumpers and new wheel designs. Additionally, Rolls-Royce may incorporate a few changes from the Wraith's convertible version - Rolls-Royce Dawn - that was unveiled at the 2015 Frankfurt Motor Show. One of these changes could be the new suspension setup of the Dawn. Inside, the updates may include new wood veneers and trim options.

The engine and transmission will most likely remain unchanged. Powering the only available Rolls-Royce coupe would be the familiar 6.6-litre twin-turbo V12 engine good for 624 bhp (632 PS) and 800 Nm (590 lb.-ft.) of torque. Power would be sent to the rear-wheels via the ZF-sourced 8HP90, Satellite Aided 8-speed automatic transmission.
