TVS Motor Company has joined the list of manufacturers who are offering their products at zero processing fee, low down payment and insurance benefits. Currently, the Hosur-based two-wheeler brand is offering benefits on the Apache series and the Radeon commuter. It may extend the benefits to its other products soon.

The TVS Radeon is available at a down payment of INR 5,999 and zero processing fee. The Apache series, on the other hand, is available with a down payment of INR 10,999 and a five-year own damage insurance savings worth INR 8,800. The company claims savings worth INR 19,000 on the Apache range (depending on the model). The company also offers a five-year warranty on its product range.
Apart from offering the Apache series and the Radeon at aggressive prices, TVS Motor Company has also launched special edition variants of its existing range to boost the sales during the festive season. The list of special edition motorcycles and scooters to reach the Indian market ahead of the festive season include the new Jupiter Grande (with Bluetooth-enabled instrument console), Ntorq Race Edition, Radeon ‘Commuter of the year’ celebratory edition, Special Edition StaR City+ and the Scooty Pep+ matte edition.
To improve its export sales, TVS Motor Company has launched the Apache range, Ntorq 125, Jupiter, WEGO, HLX 150 and HLX 125 in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The Indian two-wheeler brand has announced its new distribution partnership with Al Yousuf MC in the UAE.
The festive season offers and the special edition models will help the two-wheeler brand clear its BS-IV inventory before the BS-VI models start to roll into the dealerships. The BS-VI models will start to arrive in the dealerships post-October 2019, well ahead of the April 2020 deadline set by the government. The updated Apache series is likely to be part of the first BS-VI motorcycles to roll into the Indian market.
Leaked documents have already revealed that the updated Apache RTR 200 4V will benefit from a Bluetooth-enabled instrument console. The Apache RTR 160 4V also uses a similar display, and thus we could see the same connectivity on the 160 cc variant.
