Goes on sale this year.
The Opel Karl small car which will be marketed in the UK by its sister brand as the Vauxhall Viva has been revealed at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show today. The Viva will be priced from £7,995 (INR 7.59 lakhs) when it goes on sale this year.
We remind readers that the Opel Karl also celebrated its world premiere in Geneva.
The name Karl pays homage to one of Adam Opel's (the founder of the brand) sons and is the GM-owned brands' most affordable model. Save for the difference in the logo and badges, the Karl and Viva are very much the same.
Power comes from a compact 75 PS 1-litre petrol motor which is paired to a five-speed manual transmission.
In the features section, the car comes with IntelliLink infotainment system, which allows integration of Apple iOS and Android phones, ESP featuring traction control, ABS with Electronic Brake-Force Distribution and Hill Start Assist, and Lane Departure Warning as an optional extra.
Park Assist, cruise control, sunroof, fog lights, heated front seats and heated steering wheel are other options.
