Nissan showcased a gently updated Evalia at the Auto Expo. In October last year, Nissan upgraded the MPV by offering features (which should have come standard on the Evalia since the day of its launch) such as sliding rear windows, second row AC, rear wiper and defogger.
At the Auto Expo, features such as a wood-trimmed center console, "better fitting carpets", slightly tweaked grille and a chrome finisher on the tailgate have been added.
Mechanically, the Evalia continues unchanged. It is sold with the 1.5-liter four-cylinder K9K diesel engine which produces 86 PS and 200 Nm of torque. Paired to a 5-speed manual transmission, the Evalia claims to deliver 19.3 km/l.
The top-end variant of the Evalia is fitted with a 2-DIN music system with USB connectivity, 2nd row AC blower, rear wiper and defogger, glovebox lid, anti-glare inside rear-view mirror, sliding/reclining captains seats and 15-inch alloy wheels.
