The Aria could join the Xenon in Tata's Thai line-up.
A sporty version of the Tata Aria with a bodykit was spotted testing in Thailand recently by a forum member of Headlight Mag. The Aria in these spyshots wears a new front bumper with air inlets, a rear spoiler and a new rear bumper with a diffuser-like element.
Once launched in Thailand, the Aria would join other family members like the Xenon (offered in twin- and single-cab variants) and the Super Ace. However, Tata Motors have not confirmed the Aria for the Thai market just as yet.
The Aria is powered by a 2.2-liter four-cylinder diesel engine capable of 150 PS at 4,000 rpm and 320 Nm of torque between 1,500-3,000 rpm, paired to a 5-speed manual gearbox. It is available with 2WD and 4WD options.

For the Indian market, Tata Motors plans on re-introducing the Aria with fresh styling, which was previewed by the Tata Hexa concept at the Geneva Motor Show last month. The Hexa subscribes to an SUV-like styling, and gets a modern interior with the brand's new connectivity system and the new 3-spoke steering wheel.
